DirtyGrout launched in early 2001 & our consistent approach has paid off. By 2011, 58% of our new business came from customer referrals. The following year that figure rose to 62% & increased again to 65% by 2014. At present these customer referrals add up to over 300 service calls every year. Even in hard economic times we have grown & expanded & continue to do so.
