Once your grout is clean, you should protect your investment with a high quality penetrating clear sealer or color sealer about 72 hours later for new floors. Keep in mind that your grout is extremely porous and will become stained very easily. Grout sealing is relatively inexpensive for the protection it will provide. All grout sealers from DIRTY GROUT® are generously applied by hand (not sprayed) to impregnate the grout making it resistant to dirt and staining. Your floors will be ready for foot traffic in 30 minutes with NO odors!
Unlike many of our competitors we furnish our customers with written cleaning instructions specific to the type of services performed. This is important since grout sealers do not last forever and some cleaners you use may diminish the sealer prematurely. We will advise you on what cleaning agents to AVOID when maintaining your floors and some cleaning tips to avoid soiling your grout again.
